Terms and Conditions
Last updated: 20 October 2026
These terms cover three things: using this website, buying PINCH-76 licences, and using the PINCH-76 software. The End User Licence Agreement for PINCH-76 is Part C of this page. Our Refund Policy also forms part of these terms, and our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy explain how we handle personal data.
We've kept the language as plain as we could. Please read the whole page before you buy. If something doesn't make sense, ask us at support@nevadsp.com.
Who we are
Neva DSP develops professional audio plug-ins and is based in Türkiye. Neva DSP is owned and legally represented by Hüseyin Oğuz Yaşar. "We", "us" and "Neva DSP" on this page all mean Neva DSP, operated by Hüseyin Oğuz Yaşar, and when you use this site or the software, your agreement is with Hüseyin Oğuz Yaşar as the owner of Neva DSP.
Hüseyin Oğuz Yaşar, trading as Neva DSP support@nevadsp.com
"You" means the person using the website or the software. If you buy for a company, you confirm you're allowed to accept these terms for it.
Part A: Using the website
A1. Accepting these terms
By using nevadsp.com, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
A2. Fair use of the site
Please don't:
- use the site for anything unlawful, fraudulent or deceptive;
- try to get into our servers, licence system or database without permission, or probe, scan or test them for weaknesses;
- overload the site, scrape it with automated tools, or interfere with how it works;
- upload or send malware;
- use the contact form or the "Lost your key?" form to send spam or to request someone else's keys;
- copy or use our content in a way that infringes our rights or anyone else's.
If you come across a security problem, please tell us at support@nevadsp.com instead of testing it further. We'll be grateful, and we'll fix it.
A3. Our content
The text, images, audio demos, graphics, logos and design of this site belong to Neva DSP or are used with permission. You're welcome to view and listen to them for your own use.
Reviewers, journalists and educators may quote short passages and use screenshots of PINCH-76 when writing about it, with a credit to Neva DSP. For anything else, such as redistributing our audio demos or graphics, please ask first.
A4. Availability
We try to keep the site running and accurate, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may change or remove parts of it at any time.
A5. Links to other sites
Some links lead to sites we don't run, such as Paddle's checkout and legal pages. We aren't responsible for their content or how they handle your data.
Part B: Buying licences
B1. Paddle is our reseller
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides the checkout, takes payment, charges and pays the sales tax or VAT due, issues receipts, and handles refunds and chargebacks.
This means that when you buy a PINCH-76 licence, you buy it from Paddle. At checkout you accept Paddle's Buyer Terms, and Paddle handles your payment details under its privacy notice. Your right to use the software comes from us, under the End User Licence Agreement in Part C.
Questions about payments, receipts or tax can go to Paddle (via paddle.net) or to us. Questions about the software and your licence come to us.
B2. Prices and tax
Prices on our site are in US dollars and do not include tax. Paddle adds VAT, GST or sales tax at checkout where it applies, based on where you are. You'll see the full amount, tax included, before you pay. Checkout may also show the price in your local currency.
PINCH-76's regular price is US$99. When we run a discount, the product page and the checkout show the discounted price (for example, US$29) and when the offer ends.
The price you pay is the price shown at checkout when you place your order. If our price goes down later, we can't refund the difference.
B3. Getting your licence
When your order is complete, our licence server e-mails your licence key to the address you gave at checkout, together with the download link and short activation steps. The key looks like this: NVP76-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX. It usually arrives within a few minutes.
If it doesn't arrive, check your spam folder, then use the "Lost your key?" form on our site or write to support@nevadsp.com.
Please keep your key somewhere safe. You'll need it whenever you activate PINCH-76 on a computer.
B4. Buying more than one licence
You can buy as many licences as you like, for example to give as gifts. Each licence gets its own key.
To give one away, pass on the key before it has been activated. The person who receives it becomes the licence holder under the End User Licence Agreement (Part C). The plug-in's About screen shows the buyer's name by default; if you'd like it to show the recipient's name, write to us and we'll change it.
If a purchase is refunded or charged back, every key from that order is cancelled, including keys given as gifts.
B5. Free licences in launch week
During our launch week, on dates we announce on this site, we give away free, permanent PINCH-76 licences, limited to one per e-mail address. You claim one through our checkout at a price of US$0, or through a claim form on our site if we offer one.
A free launch licence is a full licence. It works exactly like a paid one and is covered by the End User Licence Agreement (Part C).
Please don't use extra e-mail addresses to collect more than one. We may cancel licences obtained that way, or obtained through any other misuse of the offer.
B6. Refunds and your right to cancel
You can ask for a refund within 14 days of purchase. The details, including how EU, UK and Turkish cancellation rights apply to a download like PINCH-76, are in our Refund Policy.
B7. What you're buying today
PINCH-76 currently runs as a VST3 plug-in on Windows 10 and Windows 11 (64-bit), in a host application that supports VST3. Please check that this matches your setup, and use the free 14-day trial to make sure it runs well on your system before you buy.
A macOS version (VST3 and AU) is in development, and an AAX version is planned. We can't promise release dates, so please buy PINCH-76 for what it does today. When those versions are released, we'll say on the product page whether existing licences include them.
Part C: End User Licence Agreement (EULA)
This End User Licence Agreement is between you and Hüseyin Oğuz Yaşar, trading as Neva DSP (support@nevadsp.com). It applies to every version and format of PINCH-76, whether you bought your licence, claimed it free or are using the trial. By installing or using PINCH-76, you accept it.
The PINCH-76 installer shows this same agreement. If the copy in the installer and this page ever differ, this page applies. Sections D1 (our responsibility to you) and D4 (law and disputes) in Part D also apply to this agreement.
C1. What you get
When you buy or claim a licence, we give you a personal, non-exclusive licence to install and use PINCH-76 under these terms. The licence is permanent, subject to section C10. You receive the right to use the software. Ownership of the software stays with us.
A licence is for one person. If a company buys a licence, it can assign it to one user at a time.
C2. Computers
You can have PINCH-76 activated on up to three computers at the same time, as long as you own or control them and you're the one using them.
To move the licence to a different computer, open the plug-in menu (☰) on the old one and choose Deactivate this computer. That frees its slot. You can do this up to six times a year. If a computer breaks or is stolen before you can deactivate it, or you need more resets than that, write to us and we'll help.
C3. Activation and licence checks
Activation needs an internet connection once on each computer. You enter your e-mail address and licence key in the plug-in, and our server confirms them.
After that, PINCH-76 checks its licence in the background about every fourteen days. It never interrupts your work to do this. If it can't reach our server, it keeps working offline for up to 30 days. After 30 days without a successful check, it will ask you to connect once so it can confirm the licence.
The plug-in's About screen shows "Licensed to" followed by the licence holder's name.
The Privacy Policy explains exactly what is sent during activation and licence checks.
C4. The trial
Without a licence, PINCH-76 runs as a full trial for 14 days from first use. When the trial ends, audio passes through the plug-in unprocessed (bypassed), and the plug-in shows BUY and ACTIVATE buttons. Your settings are kept, so your sessions come back exactly as you left them once you activate.
Please don't reset, extend or get around the trial by technical means.
C5. Updates
All 1.x updates are free for licence holders. A future version 2.0 is not automatically included in a 1.x licence; we may offer it as a paid upgrade.
We intend to keep PINCH-76 maintained and working with current versions of Windows and the major hosts, but we can't guarantee compatibility with every future operating system or host update.
C6. Your music
Everything you make with PINCH-76 belongs to you. You can use it for any purpose, commercial or not, and you owe us no royalties.
You're welcome to share presets you create yourself. Please don't redistribute our factory presets or package them as a product.
C7. What you may not do
You may not:
- share, sell, rent, lend or sublicense the software or your licence key, except as allowed in section C8;
- publish your licence key or activation files;
- reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the software, except where the law allows this regardless of this restriction;
- remove, change or get around the licensing, activation or trial system, or distribute tools that do so;
- use the software, its code, presets or graphics to build a competing product;
- remove copyright or trademark notices.
C8. Passing your licence on
You can transfer a purchased licence to another person once, by writing to us at support@nevadsp.com. Before the transfer, please deactivate it on all your computers and remove the software. After the transfer, the new owner holds the licence under these terms.
Free launch licences may not be sold.
C9. Ownership and third-party parts
PINCH-76, including its code, sound, interface design, graphics, presets and documentation, belongs to Neva DSP and is protected by copyright and other laws.
PINCH-76 is built with the JUCE framework, used under its licence. VST is a registered trademark of Steinberg Media Technologies GmbH. Audio Units and macOS are trademarks of Apple Inc. AAX is a trademark of Avid Technology, Inc. Windows is a trademark of Microsoft Corporation. Other names belong to their owners. Neva DSP is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by any hardware manufacturer.
C10. When a licence ends
Your licence ends, and we may cancel your key, if:
- the purchase is refunded or charged back (this happens automatically);
- the licence was obtained by fraud or through misuse of an offer;
- the key is shared or published, or you seriously or repeatedly break these terms.
After cancellation, the plug-in goes back to the unlicensed state at its next licence check: audio is bypassed and BUY and ACTIVATE are shown. You must then stop using the software and delete it.
If we cancel a key by mistake, we'll restore it as soon as you tell us.
Sections C6, C7, C9, D1 and D4 continue to apply after a licence ends.
Part D: General
D1. Our responsibility to you
We build PINCH-76 carefully and test it, but no software is perfect. Please save your work often and keep backups. We can't promise that it will work in every host and every system configuration, which is why there's a trial.
Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have by law as a consumer. That includes your rights if digital content is faulty or not as described, under the consumer law of the EU, the UK, Türkiye or wherever you live.
As far as the law allows:
- we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost data or lost work;
- our total liability to you for any licence is limited to the amount you paid for it.
None of this limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.
D2. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end your access to the website, the licence server or a licence key if you seriously breach these terms, if a payment is reversed, if there is a fraud or security risk, or if you break these terms repeatedly. Where it's reasonable, we'll tell you first and give you a chance to put things right.
You can stop using our website and software at any time.
D3. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms, for example when we release new products or the law changes. We'll post the new version here with a new date. A change won't reduce what a licence you already have includes (three computers at once, free 1.x updates and permanent use) unless the law requires it.
D4. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Courts in Afyonkarahisar, Türkiye, have jurisdiction over disputes.
If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim in your local courts. Consumers in Türkiye can apply to consumer arbitration committees or consumer courts.
Disputes about payment, tax or the purchase itself are covered by Paddle's Buyer Terms.
Whatever the problem, please write to us first. Most things can be sorted out with one e-mail.
D5. Other points
If a court decides that part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies. If we don't enforce a term straight away, we can still enforce it later. These terms, including the End User Licence Agreement, together with the Refund Policy, are the whole agreement between you and us about the website and the software.
