Refund Policy
Last updated: 20 October 2026
We'd rather you try PINCH-76 properly than buy it on a guess. That's why there is a free trial, and why there is a refund window if it still turns out to be the wrong choice.
The short version
- You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of purchase, for any reason.
- If PINCH-76 won't run on your system and we can't fix it, you get a full refund.
- Refunds are paid by Paddle, our reseller, back to the card or account you paid with.
- When a purchase is refunded, its licence key stops working.
Try it first
PINCH-76 comes with a 14-day trial with nothing held back. Please use it in your own host, on your own computer, with your own sessions before you buy. It's the best way to know whether the plug-in suits your music and runs well on your system.
Refunds within 14 days
If you change your mind within 14 days of buying a licence, you can have your money back. You don't need to give a reason, though it helps us to hear one.
When PINCH-76 won't run
If PINCH-76 doesn't run on your system, write to support@nevadsp.com first. Many problems turn out to be a host setting or a missing system component, and we can often fix them quickly.
If we can't get it working, you get a full refund. If you contacted us within the 14 days and we're still working on the problem when they run out, your refund right stays open until the problem is resolved one way or the other.
How to ask for a refund
Either way works:
- Through Paddle. Go to paddle.net, find your order using the e-mail address you bought with, and request a refund there.
- Through us. E-mail support@nevadsp.com with your order number (it's on your Paddle receipt) or the e-mail address you bought with. We'll ask Paddle to process the refund.
Paddle is the Merchant of Record for our orders, so Paddle issues every refund. Paddle can also approve refunds itself under its own refund policy. Nothing on this page reduces what Paddle's policy or the law gives you.
What happens next
Paddle returns the money to your original payment method, normally within 14 days of approving the refund. Your bank or card provider may take a few more days to show it.
As soon as the refund goes through, the licence key from that order is cancelled and its computer activations are freed. At its next licence check, the plug-in goes back to the unlicensed state: audio is bypassed and BUY and ACTIVATE are shown. Your settings stay on your computer in case you come back.
If you bought several licences in one order, for example as gifts, a full refund of the order cancels all of its keys, including keys you've already given away.
Chargebacks
If something has gone wrong with a payment, please talk to us or to Paddle before you contact your bank. We'll put it right. A chargeback cancels the licence key automatically, the same way a refund does.
Free licences
Licences given away free during launch week cost nothing, so there's nothing to refund. They stay valid unless they were obtained through misuse of the offer.
Business customers and tax
If you're a business and were charged VAT or sales tax that you didn't owe (for example, because you have a valid VAT number), Paddle can refund the tax. Contact Paddle within 60 days of the purchase.
Your legal right to cancel (EU, UK and Türkiye)
Consumers in the EU, the UK and Türkiye normally have a legal right to cancel an online purchase within 14 days. Digital content that is delivered straight away, like a licence key and a download, is treated differently:
- In the EU and UK, the right to cancel ends once delivery has started, provided you agreed at checkout to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you would lose the right to cancel, and the seller confirmed your order. Paddle, as the seller, asks for this agreement during checkout.
- In Türkiye, the Distance Contracts Regulation excludes intangible goods delivered instantly from the right to cancel.
Our 14-day refund promise is more generous than these rules. It applies whether or not you've downloaded or activated PINCH-76. In practice, you have 14 days from purchase to change your mind either way.
Separately, if PINCH-76 is faulty or not as described, the consumer law of your country may give you rights after the 14 days, and those rights are not affected by this policy.
After 14 days
After 14 days, we can't offer change-of-mind refunds. This doesn't affect technical problems you reported within the 14 days, or your legal rights if the software is faulty. If you have a problem at any time, write to us. We'll do what we can.
